Both courts agreed that the claim did not provide any limits that curb how the apparatus performed the functions and, instead, invoked computers to execute data access control principles. DropBox also gives people bonus storage on their personal accounts to get them to connect both. DropBox is also really good with allowing employees to separate personal and business files so that personal files aren't taking up our space. I also really like the system for sharing files with outside vendors and the ability to automatically not allow access after a certain date or add a password is great for us. Selective sync works well to pick out what needs synced on your computer. I also like how DropBox is now integrated with Office. I also like how DropBox is so device centric, I can access and edit files on phone, laptop and ipad easily. I also like how easy DropBox makes it to share folders and content among the team. I really like the backend user management tool that allows me to see how much space we have, who is using space and it is really easy to add new users. The biggest thing that we wanted to accomplish was to have a secure backup of all our important assets that we could restore if we ever had a major issue where we lost a computer or multiple computers.
We use DropBox for Business for our entire department and I have very few complaints.
